- 1997 opened First Commercial Real Estate Services OKC
- He was the host broker for 7 years for “real estate tours” in conjunction with a national company out of Utah. During that time conducted over 30 week long tours with over 500 investors.
- In 2008, Ed began to focus more on the REO and foreclosure market for single family properties for his clients in regards to rental properties and flips
- Participated in over $150,000,000 dollars in closed sales transactions and over $150,000,000 dollars in closed listing transactions.
- Has closed over 500 transactions from single family to several hundred unit apartment complexes.
- Has successful completed transactions with over 300 different investors, with many repeat clients for several years. some over 15 years.
